The Lotus Feet of Bhagavan.

"That which cannot be expressed by speech, but by which speech is expressed, That which cannot be apprehended by the mind, but by which, they say, the mind is apprehended,That which cannot be perceived by the eye, but by which the eye is perceived,That which cannot be heard by the ear, but by which the hearing is perceived,That which cannot be smelt by the breath, but by which the breath smells an object—That alone know as Brahman and not that which people here worship. " -Kena Upanishad.

Video Summary Swami Probuddhananda talks about various aspects of spirituality. The small collection we have in seven parts seems to be a nice introduction to the subject. 1) ... explains that the sole aim of IVS is to spread the message of practical spirituality to each and every soul in the world, 2) ... that the essence of Vedanta is to know your Self, 3) ... that you are not the body, the mind, the intellect, or the ego, but the Self... You are the Atman or the Brahman, which is always free, all-pervading, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, blissful and peaceful. 4) ... describes some methods to attain samadhi, in which the Knowledge of the Self is attained, 5) ... and speaks on the nature of the ego after enlightenment.
